My name is Gloria Mendez and I am currently offering telehealth psychotherapy to California residents.  Vulnerability with a stranger can be challenging and starting therapy can be intimidating. Because of this, I strive to create a safe space with compassion and authenticity to allow you the opportunity to explore difficult topics and conversations. I am bilingual and offer sessions in Spanish and English.
